Return & Refund

At Hirise, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return an item or request a refund, please review our policy below:

1. General Return Guidelines

  • Return Period: You may return items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
  • Condition: Items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags attached. Items that are damaged or altered will not be accepted for return.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns and refunds.

2. Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer support team at support@hirise.store to request a return authorization. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a return authorization number and detailed instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Pack the Item: Carefully package the item(s) to prevent damage during transit. Include the return authorization number inside the package.
  4. Ship the Item: Send the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

3. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non refundable. If the return is due to a Hirise error, we will cover the return shipping costs.

4. Special Cases

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
  • Incorrect Item Sent: If we sent the wrong item, contact us to request a return. We will provide a prepaid return label and arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you.
  • Order Not Received: If you have not received your order within the expected delivery time, please contact us. We will investigate the issue and provide a solution, which may include a replacement or refund if the package is confirmed as lost.
  • Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. To cancel an order, contact us immediately. If the order has already been processed or shipped, you will need to follow the standard return process.

5. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
